No, GCS does not have an outlet store.

WHERE ARE YOUR KNIVES MADE?

GCS knives are made in the United States of America

WHAT IF MY KNIFE SHOWS SIGNS OF WEAR—LIKE SCRATCHES IN THE BLADE COATING OR FADING?

The technologically advanced coatings on the blades of some GCS knives are designed to add beauty to the products and to enhance specific performance features. Although GCS coatings are designed to stand up to continual knife use, in time, all coatings will show some wear. Scratches, fading, and other signs of wear are not defects; they should be expected and considered normal. The warranty does not guarantee the esthetics of a product after it has been used. We are sorry, but GCS cannot recoat a blade for you, even for a fee.

WILL YOU MODIFY MY KNIFE?

Sorry, no; GCS cannot modify your knife.

HOW THICK ARE GCS BLADES?

The blade thickness of GCS knives are 4.5mm

DO YOU MAKE LEFT-HANDED KNIVES?

Yes. Many of our knives are ambidextrous, that is, they can be opened easily with either the left or the right hand.

Which steel does GCS use?

GCS Knives’s blades are made with D2 steel material.

Will my GCS knife and sheath survive in extremely cold climates?

If you experience temperatures in the minus range, try to keep your knife dry and free of ice, and be sure to clean and lubricate your knife regularly.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Currently we only have distribution set up to fulfill orders shipped within the USA.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders take 2-5 business days to arrive after the order is shipped.
